SDS-optimized chromatin shearing

Optimal detergent concentration is required for best results with chromatin shearing. Diagenode offers four kits with different SDS concentrations that have been pre-optimized for your specific workflow requirements. Use these kits to first optimize your chromatin shearing before performing ChIP. These kits are compatible with the iDeal ChIP-seq kit for Histones (< 0.1% SDS), the iDeal ChIP-seq kit for Transcription Factors (0.2% SDS), the HighCell# ChIP kit (0.5% SDS) and the True MicroChIP kit (1% SDS).
