D-Plex technology is the latest innovation in RNA-sequencing. This ultrasensitive, ligation-free method utilizes capture and amplification by tailing and switching for library preparation from ultra-low input amounts, down to 10 pg for small RNAs and 100 pg for total RNAs. This technology offers a new RNA-sequencing solution, optimized and specifically formatted for both Illumina and MGI sequencing platforms.
Using D-Plex technology is optimal for studying non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. Library preparation enables diverse and novel transcript detection, ensuring realistic representation of the transcriptome with minimized bias. The unique molecular identifier (UMI) sequence enables accurate bioinformatic identification and removal of PCR duplicates from amplified libraries.
