  • Validation Data

    ChIP

    Figure 1. ChIP
ChIP was performed with HepG2 chromatin extract and 5 μg of either control rabbit IgG or SMYD3 antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to 5’ flanking region of Nkx2.8. Results are expressed as fold enrichment compared to the IgG negative control.

    Immunoprecipitation

    Figure 2. Immunoprecipitation
SMYD3 antibody immunoprecipitates SMYD3 protein in IP experiments. IP Sample: 293T whole cell extract A. Control with 2 μg of preimmune rabbit IgG B. Immunoprecipitation of SMYD3 protein by 2 μg of SMYD3 antibody (C15410253). The immunoprecipitated SMYD3 protein was detected by WB with the SMYD3 antibody (C15410253) diluted 1:1,000.

    Immunofluorescence

    Figure 3. Immunofluorescence
SMYD3 antibody detects SMYD3 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HCT116 cells fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: SMYD3 protein stained by SMYD3 antibody (C15410253) diluted 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

    Western Blot

    Figure 4. Western Blot
    SMYD3 antibody detects SMYD3 protein by western blot analysis. A. 30 μg 293T whole cell extract B. 30 μg whole cell extract of human SMYD3-transfected 293T cells (partial fragment) 10 % SDS-PAGE SMYD3 antibody (C15410253) dilution: 1:1,000

    Western Blot

    Figure 5. Western Blot
Sample: 30 μg of 293T whole cell lysate 10% SDS PAGE C15410253 dilution 1:1,000

    Immunohistochemistry

    Figure 6. Immunohistochemistry
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Hepatoma, using SMYD3 antibody (C15410253) antibody at a 1:500 dilution.
