  • Production Supervisor

    For its Epigenetics division, Diagenode is looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager (H/F), with experience in the epigenetics/ life science market, to expand our business in England (From Sheffield down South), Wales & The Netherlands.

    Role

    Manage, develop, expand customer base and increase sales, across the territory.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver the sales targets for the territory;
    • Schedule and attend customer visits to develop and grow regional sales;
    • Develop customer/stakeholder/procurement /decision maker relationships by telephone, email and face-to-face visits;
    • Target new opportunities and develop them for the company;
    • Identify leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, referrals, publications, etc;
    • Manage territory sales and quotation pipeline;
    • Elaborate sales plan and take actions to support their achievement;
    • Track and report weekly progress of sales and key opportunities to the European Sales Manager;
    • Keep the client database up to date;
    • Attend tradeshows and manage exhibition booths;
    • Identify, develop and manage key accounts for long-term sales growth;
    • Work closely within the sales & marketing team to assist with targeted literature, product references & marketing campaigns;
    • Continue to develop technical expertise learning from our R&D and technical support team;

    Required qualifications

    • Life Sciences degree, research experience in genetics or epigenetics is a plus;
    • Proven experience in a similar role;
    • Organized, rigorous and independent with a spirit of initiative and acute business sense;
    • Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
    • Outstanding sales skills (negotiation, communication, …);
    • Experience with sales in the Biotech and Pharma is a plus;
    • Proficient with standard computer-based tools.

    Within England’s golden triangle area (London, Cambridge & Oxford)

  • Key Account Manager

    Under the supervision of the Fragmentation Equipment Manager, Diagenode is looking for a highly motivated Production Supervisor:

    Mission

    Plan, coordinate and control the manufacturing process, maintenance and shipment of our sonication equipments. Actively participate in the transfer of products from R&D to full production.

    Key responsibilities

    • Define and implement strategic and operational plan for the production activities;
    • Organize maintenance and after-sales service of equipments. Ensure technical customer support;
    • Oversee efficient and cost-effective production process, draw up a production schedule;
    • Monitor products standards and implement quality-control programs. Ensure that H&S guidelines are followed;
    • Manage the stocks. Structure sourcing activities of components and finished products;
    • Implement KPIs (and follow up).

    Required qualifications

    • Master degree or engineer in electro-mechanics, automation or electronics;
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production of electro-mechanical equipment;
    • Proven experience in project management;
    • Working experience with ERP systems is an asset;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively (inter-departmentally and externally);
    • Well-organized, rigorous, autonomous;
    • Customer oriented;
    • Fluent in French and English.

  • Sales and Technical Support Specialist

    Diagenode is looking for a Sales and Technical Support Specialist (H/F)

    0-2 years’ experience: 55-60K including annual bonus (NJ)/ 65K including annual bonus (NY salary)
    2-4 years’ experience: 60-65K including annual bonus (NJ)/70K including annual bonus (NY salary)

    Requierments

    • Master Degree in Life science is required.
    • 1-3 years of life science research/lab experience is a plus
    • Strong knowledge base of molecular biology methods
    • Technical sales experience, excellent computer/CRM skills and outgoing calling experience is a plus
    • Strong desire to win business and establish long-term customer relationships
    • Proven ability to multi-task in a detail oriented environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to coordinate with individuals located at different sites within the organization
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment by tracking and work independently on multiple customer requests •
    • High level of self-motivation
    • Good technical skills, able to perform installation and basic maintenance of equipment

    Job responsibilities

    • Assist customers with product, applications and technical support
    • Support sales with technical difficulties
    • Customer lead and prospect generation
    • Customer service skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Utilize and manage Microsoft AX CRM database
    • Work at Diagenode Inc. offices must be able to travel to customer locations and vendor shows

    Working conditions
