CUT&Tag (Cleavage Under Targets & Tagmentation) followed by sequencing is a cutting-edge method specifically designed to analyze post-translational modifications (PTMs) of histones using a very low cell number. The CUT&Tag Service is ideal genome-wide mapping of chromatin status, even with limited sample input, without compromising data quality.

This method can be considered an alternative to ChIP-seq, which is the gold standard for chromatin analysis of histone modifications, transcription factors, and chromatin modifiers/remodelers. Unlike ChIP-seq, which requires a high input of materials (millions of cells), CUT&Tag is effective with much lower sample quantities.

The Most Accurate Low-Input Histone Profiling

  • Higher data quality from low-input samples (compared to ChIP-seq)
  • High signal-to-noise ratio, even with challenging repressive histone marks
  • Fast turnaround time (TAT): no optimization needed, quick results delivery
  • Compatible with low cell amounts: Requires 10x fewer cells compared to standard ChIP-seq methods
  • End-to-end  services: from cells to antibody-targeted tagmentation, library preparation, and sequencing
  • A la carte bioinformatic service: from standard analysis to advanced one with comparative and multiomics integration (with RNA or DNA methylation data)
