CUT&Tag (Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation) is a technique for efficient chromatin profiling described in Kaya-Okur HS et al., Nature Commun. 2019. In CUT&Tag, proteins are first bound to chromatin by a specific antibody. This complex is then fused to a protein A-Tn5 transposase, loaded with sequencing adapters. Upon activation of the transposase, sequencing libraries can be easily and efficiently generated. Diagenode now offers the pA-Tn5 Transposase fusion protein for efficient CUT&Tag assays. Moreover, we have tested our ChIP-seq grade antibodies in CUT&Tag proving their high performance in this assay.
