The combination of the RNA extraction kit and the Bioruptor® Plus maintains the integrity of RNA and ensures maximum yield of RNA. Isolation of intact RNA is essential for many techniques used in gene expression analysis. Efficient disruption and homogenization of animal tissues are required to ensure high yield of RNA. Disruption releases RNA, while homogenization reduces sample viscosity to facilitate RNA purification.
