H3K27me2 peptide

50 µg/50 µl

Synthetic peptide derived from the region of human histone H3 containing the dimethylated lysine 27. 
This peptide was used as immunogen to raise the ChIP-grade Diagenode antibody directed against H3K27me2 (Cat. No. pAb-046-050). The same peptide can be used to block this antibody in negative control experiments.
