Bacterial Cell Disruption using Bioruptor® Standard, Plus or XL

For cell lysis, we highly recommend using 1.5 ml TPX microtubes (Cat. No. C30010010) or 10 ml tubes (Cat. No. C30010012) and the corresponding tube holders (Cat. No. B01200011 and B01200012, respectively). To guarantee homogeneity of sonication, the tube holders should always be completely filled with tubes.
