Maize B73 inner stem ZmB1-UTR primer pair

This primer pair specifically amplifies a genomic region in the 5’-UTR of the B1 gene from Maize (Zea mays clone B73). The primers are thoroughly tested in conjunction with the Universal Plant ChIP-seq kit and optimized for routine SYBR® Green Real-Time qPCR assay following ChIP.
