We present a genome assembly from an individual Scutellaria
galericulata (the marsh skullcap; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida;
Lamiales; Lamiaceae). The genome sequence is 328 megabases in span.
Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 15 chromosomal pseudomolecules.
The mitochondrial and plastid genomes have also been assembled and have
lengths of 326.5 kilobases and 152.6 kilobases respectively.
