Ingénieur Technico-Commercial (H/F) en CDI, basé(e) à Lyon/France Sud - Secteur France
Rattaché(e) au directeur commercial, votre principale mission est la prospection et les ventes des produits Diagenode pour la recherche en épigénétique.
Missions :
- Responsable du développement stratégique de votre activité commerciale (fidélisation des clients existants, prospection, acquisition de nouveaux clients...)
- Vous identifiez et analysez les besoins des clients, leur proposez les solutions adéquates et participez à l'élaboration des argumentaires de vente.
- Vous êtes attentifs aux évolutions du marché ainsi qu'à l'activité des concurrents et renseignez la base de données clients.
- Vous assurez les démonstrations pour les produits de la gamme, et les présentations à caractère scientifique.
- Vous assurez un reporting régulier sur votre activité à votre hiérarchie.
- Des déplacements ponctuels en Espagne.
Profil :
- Doté(e) d'une formation supérieure en biologie complétée soit par un cursus commercial initial soit par une expérience professionnelle dans le commercial, vous connaissez la biologie moléculaire. L'expérience en épigénétique est un plus.
- Fort d'un esprit d'initiative et d'un sens commercial aigu, vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et organisé.
- Votre esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et votre sens du contact vous font exceller lors des négociations commerciales.
- Vous avez de bonnes qualités d'écoute et vous saurez vous faire apprécier par vos qualités humaines comme par vos compétences en négociation commerciale.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatiques.
Anglais souhaité, espagnol un plus
Rémunération selon expérience : fixe + prime sur objectifs.

General Purpose
Interact with WW (with focus on EU) customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about all Diagenode's Epigenetics products and services.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- create and organize customer survey (phone or email)
- keep records of customer interactions
- create and organize FAQs on Diagenode's medias
- participate to webinars and misc showcases
- participate in user manual elaboration
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

Education and Experience
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Required
- Master degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology with expertise in Epigenetics
- 2 years experience in Bench work
- 1 year experience performing Epigenetics assays (ChIP, DNA methylation profiling, Next Generation Sequencing , ...)
- English: Fluent verbal and written
Preferred
- PhD Degree in Life Science, with focus on Epigenetics
- 3 years experience in Customer Support
- German, French are an asset

DIAGENODE offers 1 Post-doc position (Established Researcher) for the INGENIUM Initial Training Network.
Brief description of the project:
Ingenium is an Initial Training Network funded by the European Commission under the EC-FP7 program. As a participant to this project, Diagenode is seeking a Post-Doctoral Investigator to develop new projects aimed to the identification of epigenetic mechanisms of imprinted genes and human diseases. The candidate will integrate the R&D Epigenetics team at Diagenode, Liège, Belgium.
The foreseen start date is April 1st, 2012.
Job description (Post-doc Fellowship, duration: 24 months):
The candidate will work independently, but in coordination with the R&D manager to optimize and develop new tools for DNA methylation analysis of the human genome. The work will be focused on the design of kits based on findings from the Ingenium research. Training will be provided in both research and complementary skills , including a range of cutting-edge technologies. The foreseen start date is April 1st, 2012.
Experience / Requirements:
- The ER applicant has a doctoral degree (PhD) in Life Sciences ( Molecular/Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or other areas of Biomedical Science).
- Has to be in the first five years of its research career.
- Excellent academic achievement (final grade).
- Experience in standard molecular biology techniques is required. Experience in Epigenetics, RNA and next-generation sequencing technologies would be highly valued.
- Excellent knowledge of the english language (spoken and written) is a prerequisite.
- Applicants can be of any nationality but must not have resided or performed their main activity in Belgium for more than 12 months in the three year period immediately prior to employment.
