Figure 1. Western blot analysis using the Diagenode antibody directed against WDR5
Figure 1A: Western blot was performed using the Diagenode antibody against WDR5 (cat# CS-027-100) diluted 1:1000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk on the purified recombinant protein (lanes 1-3), ectopically expressed FLAG-tagged WDR5 (WDR5-F) which was first immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody (lane 4) and nuclear extracts from HeLa (lane 6) and HEK293 cells (lane 7). Lane 5 (MOCK) represents a negative control. A molecular weight marker is shown on the left.
Figure 1B: Western blot was performed using nuclear extracts from HeLa cells (HeLa NE, 20 μg) and the Diagenode antibody against WDR5 (cat# CS-027-100) diluted 1:1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk. The molecular weight marker (in kDa) is shown on the left; the location of the protein of interest is indicated on the right.
