Nature Methods paper on RRBS – THE revolution for DNA methylation studies
January 29, 2016

Reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS) is a powerful method to analyze DNA methylation on a genome scale. RRBS maintains the sensitivity of whole genome bisulfite sequencing method with a smaller representative sample of the whole genome, thereby significantly reducing costs. The Diagenode Premium RRBS kit incorporates a proprietary and optimized method for the high coverage of 4 million CpGs, minimal bias, and reduced amplification requirements. In addition, multiplexing options allow up to 96 samples to be processed in a single experiment.
