Apply for the ChIPmentation grant for easy ChIP-seq from low inputs

Diagenode is pleased to announce our grant program for chromatin researchers interested in utilizing ChIPmentation, a tagmentation-based technology that incorporates ChIP and library preparation within the same protocol. We will award up to 3 grants to applicants who show the most relevant and scientifically interesting use of ChIPmentation in their research.

Any researcher is welcome to apply. This grant is perfect for scientists who want to perform a new generation of ChIP-seq.

Grant award

One complete ChIPmentation Kit for Histones for 24 reactions (value of $2,320/1990 €)

Our Technology: ChIPmentation

ChIPmentation integrates library preparation during ChIP itself using transposase and sequencing-compatible adaptors. Unlike standard library preparation techniques that require multi-step ligation, ChIPmentation incorporates an easier and shorter protocol. The combination of direct adaptor incorporation and automation allows for higher sensitivity from low cell numbers and reproducibility of results. Read more
