1) “Antibody Feedback-to-Diagenode” Program

We invite you to provide your feedback, including important input and comments on our antibody product line, in order to help us improve and expand our antibody characterization efforts. This program is simple: you provide Diagenode feedback on antibody performance, and include the antibody name, catalog and lot number, protocol used, the resulting data and the reference of a publication (if existing). For every unique and conclusive feedback provided, Diagenode will offer you a credit for 1 free antibody (up to US$300 or €200)*.

2) Join our “Diagenode Epigenetics Consortium”

Our Epigenetics Consortium consists of an international network of epigenetic researchers who participate by helping us develop, characterize, and validate the best epigenetics-grade antibodies available. We routinely participate in research consortia and collaborations, which, together with our in-house experience, allow us to provide you with the best epigenetics antibodies on the market, a critical component of successful epigenetic experiments.

3) Antibody Warranty Program

Diagenode warranties all antibodies for one year of the date of shipment. However, we know that the types of experiments that researchers undertake may vary, and the requirements for antibodies may vary from researcher to researcher, and even by experiment type. If you have purchased Diagenode antibodies and you are not satisfied**, we will either replace the product or offer a FULL refund (including tax and shipping where applicable). As part of our commitment to your science, we appreciate your feedback on any antibodies with warranty requests so that we can better serve you in the future.

* Diagenode distributors or commercial partners are not eligible for the warranty offer.
** “not satisfied” means that you do not obtain equivalent results to the ones represented in our datasheet for the same experiment in the same conditions.
