3. How old is your Bioruptor? 4. Are there many people who use this Bioruptor? 5. Did your Bioruptor work well before? 6. When your Bioruptor worked well, what was your protocol of sonication (total time of sonication, time ON and OFF of the sonication, power setting)? What size of chromatin/DNA did you get? 7. How long do you have to sheare the samples to get the same results nowadays? 8. Did you change something in your protocol what could change the efficiency of sonication (for example: cell lines, tubes, time of sonication, concentration of the samples, etc)? 9. Which cells do you use? 10. How do you control the temperature during the sonication? 11A. If you use the cooling system, what is the speed of water flow? 11B. If you use the crushed ice, how much do you use? 12. How far reaches the needle on the front panel?
