Pre-blocked protein A/G beads for 20 IPs
Description
The pre-blocked protein A/G beads are agarose beads that have been extensively validated in chromatin immunoprecipitation assays (ChIP). These beads are intended for isolation of immune complexes (chromatin and specific antibody) in ChIP experiments. The beads are suitable for immunoprecipitation of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 and IgA, rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, rabbit and qoat polyclonal Abs and human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4. The beads are pre-blocked to reduce non-specific binding. The beads should be washed before use.

Description
The pre-blocked protein A/G beads are agarose beads that have been extensively validated in chromatin immunoprecipitation assays (ChIP). These beads are intended for isolation of immune complexes (chromatin

Format
Supplied as a suspension 1:3 in PBS with 0,02 % azide. Keep the beads in liquid suspension during storage as drying will result in reduced performance.
Storage
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Stable for 1 year.
