Description

Biotinylation tagging cassette for C- and N- terminal tagging includes an affinity tag which is the Avitag (GLNDIFEAQKIEWHW) as biotin acceptor (note: K in bold is the biotin acceptor side of the tag). The Avitagged recombinant target protein is biotinylated dependent on BirA expression.
