The Mastermix contains a Hotstart Taq DNA polymerase, optimised reaction buffer, 4mM (final concentration) MgCl2 and nucleotides (dNTPs). In separate tubes, passive reference, SYBR® Green, and FITC.

Storage
Store the Universal Mastermix at -15 to -25ºC in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for a minimum of 12 months.
