Mouse GAPDH promoter, -0.6kb Primer Pairs

These primers are specific to a DNA region located 0.6kb upstream (-0.6kb) from the mouse glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) promoter. These primers can be used to amplify DNA isolated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). Primers are optimized to be used in quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR).
