Description

Topoisomerase IIα is a leading major cellular target protein for anti-cancer drug development. native topoisomerase IIα, isolated from HeLa cells through ammonium sulphate fractionation, ion-exchage column chromatographic steps utilizing Q-Sepharose, S-Sepharose, hydroxyapatite, and phosphocellulose, followed by ultracentrifugal separation on a glycerol gradient (20 to 40%).
