The Transcription ChIP kit has been validated using chromatin sheared by sonication using the Bioruptor®.
The Kit provides you with eluted DNA ready to be purified with IPure or any other purification method of choice.
The Transcription ChIP kit includes all the components and a very detailed protocol needed to perform ChIP assays (including a positive and a negative control). It works well with the Bioruptor® system and I was able to get good results for ChIPchip assays on the first try.
