Auto Transcription ChIP kit
Description
The Auto Transcription ChIP kit has been validated in ChIP experiements using antibodies directed to transcription factors or epitope tagged transcription factors. The combination of this high quality kit and the IP-Star allows Chromatin IP to be performed in less than 10 hours. The Kit includes an elution buffer compatible with subsequent IPure DNA purification, which provides you with DNA ready for any downstream application (e.g. sequencing).
