Auto Histone ChIP-seq kit
Description
The Auto Histone ChIP-seq Kit has been validated to perform ChIP-seq experiments using antibodies directed against histone modifications. The combination of this high quality kit and the IP-Star allows Chromatin IP to be performed in less than 10 hours providing robust ChIP enrichments of targets using small numbers of cells. The Kit includes an elution buffer compatible with subsequent IPure DNA purification, which provides you with DNA ready for any downstream application (e.g. sequencing).
