Note: Sonication protocols developed for Bioruptor® sonicators (UCD-200; UCD-300; UCD-400) may have to be additionally optimised for the Bioruptor XL. The Bioruptor XL allows the simultaneous sonication of a higher number of tubes compared to other Bioruptor sonicators and may require a longer sonication time
