Bioruptor® Plus
The Bioruptor® uses a unique system to uniformely process multiple samples in sealed tubes of 0.5 ml to 50 ml capacity. An excellent device for shearing chromatin or DNA, cell lysis and many other applications (see below).

Generally, Diagenode warrants that all standard components of its instruments will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the warranty period begins, unless Diagenode' quotation or accompanying documentation states that a different warranty period or no warranty is provided. My general conclusion is that the Bioruptor® UCD-300 is much more appealing than theUCD-200 model. This is primarily due to the increased comfort of usability and the homogeneity of the sonication time programming. We find the UCD-300 model takes the robust platform of the UCD-200 and provides perfect sonication efficiency.
