Diagenode limited warranty for instruments and related components is set forth in the instrument user manual, in the limited warranty statement that accompanies the instrument when it is shipped, and in Diagenode' terms of sale. Generally, Diagenode warrants that all standard components of its instruments will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the warranty period begins, unless Diagenode' quotation or accompanying documentation states that a different warranty period or no warranty is provided. All warranty periods begin on the earlier of the date of installation. The instrument warranty is subject to certain exclusions, conditions, exceptions, and limitations. See those listed on request.
