Chromatin shearing optimization kit - Medium SDS
It has been described widely that detergents (e.g. SDS) are essential for successful chromatin shearing. Diagenode proposes therefore three kits with different SDS concentrations (< 0.1%, 0.5% and 1%) that fit your personal workflow. These kits are compatible with the iDeal ChIP-seq kit, the HighCell# ChIP kit and the LowCell# ChIP kit respectively, which allows you to first optimize your chromatin shearing before performing the ChIP using one of the three mentioned ChIP kits.
