Protease inhibitor Mix (P.I.)
This protease inhibitor Mix (P.I.) has been extensively validated in chromatin immunoprecipitation assays (ChIP). It contains inhibitors with a broad specificity for serine, cysteine, and acid proteases, and aminopeptidase.
Our protease inhibitor Mix is used during the shearing and the immunoprecipitation of the chromatin (ChIP). It is included in our OneDay ChIP KIT (Cat No. kch-onedIP-060, -180). Concentration: 25 x stock solution
Format
Supplied as a tablet. After dissolving the tablet in water, you obtain a 25x stock solution.
Storage
The tablet is stable at -20°C for at least 2 years. The stock solution is stable at -20°C for at least 4 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
