Bioruptor® NGS
Description
The Bioruptor® NGS is the perfect tool for NGS library preparation. This cutting-edge sonication device is dedicated exclusively to DNA shearing and provides you suitable DNA for unbiased library preparation prior to next generation sequencing. You will obtain your fragmented DNA up to five times faster than with other standard fragmentation devices.

Bioruptor® NGS System - Overview
The Bioruptor® NGS system consists of: sonication device (water bath and control unit), cooling system and connector kit for water cooler.
The Connector kit for Bioruptor® Water Cooler controls the water flow between the Bioruptor Twin (UCD-400) and the water cooler. Cold water cycles into the Bioruptor® water tank only during the off cycles (no sonication) and is stopped during the on cycles (sonication). This reduces any water flow disturbance in the tank and allows for more efficient sonication of samples.
