Description

The Diagenode 0.5 ml tubes strongly improve DNA sonication efficiency. These tubes have been thoroughly validated for use on the UCD-200, UCD-300, UCD-400 and are strongly recommended for DNA shearing applications.

Remark
Autoclaving is not required for standard use (eg. next-gen sequecing library preparation). If needed, the 0.5ml Tubes for DNA shearing can be autoclaved using standard procedure (eg. 252°F (or 120°C) at 15 PSI for 15 minutes).
