Description

The Rat IgG has been extensively validated in hydroxymethylated DNA IP (hMeDIP) assays. It contains a spectrum of the IgG subclasses present in serum of healthy animals. This Rat IgG preparation is intended for being used in hMeDIP experiments (Cat. No. AF-104-0016) as a negative control in parallel with the specific monoclonal 5-hydroxymethylcytosine antibody (Cat. No. MAb-633HMC-100). Both antibodies should be used at the same concentration.
