Mouse IgG
Description
The negative Ctrl IgG from mouse has been extensively validated in chromatin immunoprecipitation assays (ChIP). It contains a spectrum of the IgG subclasses present in serum of healthy animals. This IgG preparation is intended for use as a negative control in ChIP experiments for specific antibodies made in mouse. The negative Ctrl IgG from mouse should be used for ChIP in parallel with specific antibody at the same concentration as the specific antibody. It is included in our LowCell# ChIP kit (Cat. No. kch-maglow-016) kit and available separately.

Format
Supplied as a 1 μg/μl solution. 5mM Phosphate, 75 mM NaCl, ph 7.8; 0.06% sodium azide. Sucrose has been added for stabilization.
